This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR against Mr.Akilan and Mr.K.Vaidyanathan of K.K.Builders and their men and agents, who are encroaching the premises based on complaint dated 05.12.2015, lodged by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 05.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.02.2016.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
