Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act, 1960 praying to set aside the fair and decretal Order dated November 14, 2019 passed in RCA.No. 394 of 2015 by the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, confirming the fair and decretal Order dated April 20, 2015 passed in RCOP.No. 320 of 2013, on the file of XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing before this Court on 06.11.2024 this Court observed as follows:- "No representation for the revision petitioner. 2.Mr.P.M.Navaneetha Pandian, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Execution Petition in E.P.No. 368 of 2023 in RCOP.No. 266 of 2018 was terminated vide order dated 10.06.2024.

3.However, with a view to give one more opportunity to the counsel for the revision petitioner and the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is adjourned to 13.11.2024." 2.

Again, when the matter came up for hearing before this Court on 13.11.2024 this Court observed as follows:- "No representation for the revision petitioner. 2.Mr.P.M.Navaneetha Pandian, learned counsel for the sole respondent is present.

3.Post the matter on 15.11.2024 under the cause list caption "for dismissal"."

Today also, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. 4.

Despite sufficient opportunities given to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has not proceeded with the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is clarified that stay already granted in CMP.No. 10165 of 2023 is vacated. No costs. 15.11.2024 MSM 3/4
