2. This petition has been filed seeking to alter the FIR to include the offence under Section 376 of IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is at the verge of completion and already steps have been taken to file an alteration report by including the offence under Section 376 of IPC.
