ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Executive Magistrate in respect of conducting a festival in Pidari Amman Kovil, Arulmigu Ayyanar kovil, Arulmigu Mariamman Kovil and Arulmigu Vinayagar Kovil in the year 2009.

2. By the impugned order, the first respondent, Executive Magistrate passed some direction in respect of taking the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deity in Survey No.84/1, which is prescribed as a Mandavali poramboke (grass land).

3. On a perusal of the order, it is seen that the order has been passed only for conducting the festival in the year 2009. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Now the festival was over and hence, no further adjudication requires in this writ petition. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
