2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioners have filed the above writ petitions to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, after conducting enquiry and considering the objections dated 17.03.2017 of the petitioners' on the show cause notice dated 06.01.2017.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd respondent issued the show cause notice dated 06.01.2017 to the petitioners, at the instance of the complaint given by some third parties to appear on 12.01.2017. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners were present and given their objections. Further, the learned counsel submitted that since no order is passed and the respondents are contemplating action for forcible removal, the petitioners have given representations dated 17.03.2017 by registered post. Till date no final order is passed. Hence, the petitioners have come forward with this writ petition.
5. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' objections dated 17.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' objections dated 17.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
