Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents in the present writ petition.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the respondents to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner on 08.09.2012.

3. Therefore without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
