Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the challenging the order of the second respondent dated 20.11.2007, this writ petition has been filed. Since the petitioner died on 04.09.2016, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record to pursue this writ petition. He has also produced the copies of the death certificate and Government Order in G.O.(D).No.599 Health and Family Welfare (K1) Department dated 11.04.2018 to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
