The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.9089 of 2013 dated 05.04.2013.

2. It is represented that in compliance of the order, the petitioner has been dismissed from service and challenge was made and the said order has also been set aside. However, it is yet to be complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

In the light of the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his further remedy in the light of the order passed in the subsequent Writ Petition.
