This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to withdraw and transfer O.S.No.9 of 2018 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Tirupur to any other District Court in Tirupur.

2. The relief sought for in the present transfer petition is to transfer O.S.No.9 of 2018, on the file of the District Court, Tirupur to any other District Court in Tirupur. The transfer petition seeking transfer within the District cannot be entertained by this Court. Thus, the transfer petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
