The instant writ petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of impugned order dated 23.07.2012 of the 2nd respondent herein in I.D.No.21 of 2010, and quash the same in so far it relates to denial of back wages and cutting of one increment with cumulative effect and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to pay the full back wages to the petitioner herein from the date of suspension till date together with all consequential benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instruction not to press the petition and therefore, he wants to withdraw the writ petition.
