Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta in her favour, by considering her representation dated 28.02.2019.

3. The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner of the property situated at Plot Nos.28, 29 and 30 in Survey No.902F, Arun Koil Nagar, Panruti Village, Kancheepuram District. It https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is stated that the above said property was purchased on 26.12.1988 by way of registered sale deeds vide Document Nos.233/1989, 234/1989 and 244/1989. It is further stated that the petitioner made a representation on 28.02.2019 seeking for issuance of patta in her favour. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents so far.

4. Heard both sides.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 28.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
