2. C.M.P.No.3356 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 549 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement of the Second Appeal due to the death of the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.3357 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased K.M.Raju, as appellants 2 to 6 in the above 1/3

Second Appeal.

4. The petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the matter for admission on 22.02.2024. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.A.Bobblie, who has been instructed to appear on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
