Company Application 317 of 2015 has been filed to recall the exparte final order dated 12.03.2012 passed in C.A.No.899 of 2006 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 and consequently to dismiss the company application No.899 of 2006 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 filed by the Respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Official Liquidator appearing for the Respondent submitted that Company in liquidation was dissolved vide order of this Court dated 17.12.2021.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of this Application and considering the submission made by the learned Official Liquidator, this Application is allowed and the order dated 12.03.2012 passed in Comp.Appln.No.899 of 2006 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 is recalled. 5.Accordingly, this Application stands allowed. 28.06.2024 (2/3) arr 1/2
