ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to rectify the alleged errors in the patta and other Revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he had given a representations on 12.07.2017 and on 05.01.2026 for the aforesaid purpose to the respondents. But till date, no final order has been passed. In such circumstances, this writ petitioner has been filed. The petitioner has filed supporting documents to support his representations.

3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 12.07.2017 and 05.01.2026, seeking for rectification of the alleged errors said to have committed in the patta and other Revenue records for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ

petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations dated 12.07.2017 and 05.01.2026.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 12.07.2017 and 05.01.2026, seeking for rectification of the alleged errors in the patta and other revenue records for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties.
