This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30342 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
Crl MP No.1719 of 2025 until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and further investigation is completed and the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30342 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
