Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent with No.A12014/03/200910/A2/RAGACOVAS/VOL-II dated 17.06.2011 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioners against the vacancies in which the petitioners have been appointed with all other consequential benefits including arrears of wages, seniority etc.

ORDER

During the pendency of the writ petition, all the petitioners were reinstated into service. The seven petitioners who have not registered their names in the Employment Exchange were not reinstated. In respect of the other petitioners, who are all found eligible, they were reinstated in service and they are now working. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to reinstate the petitioners against the vacancies in which the petitioners have been appointed.

2.This being the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, the cause arouse in the filing of the writ petition did not exist as of now and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
