ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pay P.F.amount to the petitioners available in their P.F.A/cs. No.TN/36744/17, TN/36744/16, TN/36744/15, TN/367444/38, TN/36744/88, TN/36744/25 and TN/36744/22 accordingly with 12% interest.
2. Heard Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Arun Dhanapalan, learned counsel for R1 & R2 and perused the materials available on record.
3. From the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, it is learnt that except the first petitioner, all other petitioners have given their online application.
4. In such case, there cannot be any difficulty for the respondents 1 Page No.2 of 4
and 2 for considering the same. The first petitioner is also at liberty to follow the other petitioners and submit necessary details through online as required, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the online application so submitted by the first petitioner and also considering the applications that have already been filed by the other petitioners, the first respondent shall consider the applications and pass orders for disbursing the provident fund amount accumulated in the account of the petitioners, if the papers are otherwise in order. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the first petitioner.
