M/S.Phoenix Arc Private v. The Official Liquidator

Comp.A.Nos.320,556, 557, 596 and 597 of 2015 in Comp.P.No.255 of 2014 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., In the light of the order passed by this Court in Company Application Nos.143 of 2019, 14 of 2020 and 288 of 2022 in C.P.No.207 of 2003, dated 21.06.2024, the nothing survives for adjudication in the present Company Applications, hence, requested this Court to close all the five applications.

In view of the above submission, the present Company Application Nos.320, 556, 557, 596 and 597 of 2015 are closed, as no further orders are required.
