ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the son of the detenu viz., Raman, aged 45 years, sought production of his father.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 5.
3. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu/father of the petitioner, whose production has been sought, has been arrested and remanded to custody in Crime No.337 of 2018 on 01.08.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Naneelam and nothing that the further prayer of the petitioner towards medical treatment stands already addressed as detenu has been admitted in Thiruvarur Government General Hospital, this petition shall stand closed.
