ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16500 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12270 of 2024 dated 13.10.2023, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once on 1st Saturday of every succeeding month at 10:30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16500 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12270 of 2024 dated 13.10.2023 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
