PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the Crime No.1491 of 2020 on the file of the Uthangarai Police Station, Krishnagiri and to quash the same by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.1491 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai on 25.01.2021 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.
3. In view of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
