This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.30827 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 34 days and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.30827 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024, is relaxed.
