ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in P.R.C.No.21 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur and quash the same. Pending the present petition, the said matter had been committed to the Court of Sessions and had been taken cognizance as S.C.No.7 of 2017 and is now pending on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvallur.
2. I am also informed by Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the matter is now posted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
27.09.2021, for appearance of the accused. It would only be appropriate that the accused participates in the trial proceedings before the learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvallur.
3. Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
