This petition has been filed to implead the private respondents herein i.e., respondents 5 to 10 as proposed respondents in the main writ petition.

2. It is the case of the petitioner herein that the petitioner purchased the property in question from the vendors one R.Kannan and R.Sugumar. However, both of them died, therefore, it has become necessary to implead the legal heirs of the vendors in this writ petition to have a complete adjudication of the issue. That is how this petition has been filed.

3. Heard Ms.S.Suseela Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Veeramani, learned counsel appearing for respondent 4.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to accept this prayer and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
