O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet opened by the 7th respondent in H.S.No.1 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was included in the History Sheet on the basis of the false complaints given against him. In order to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet opened by the 7th respondent, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 01.12.2022 to the respondents. But, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is involved in three criminal cases and he is a history sheeted rowdy in H.S.No.1 of 2021. He further submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2022 was received by the respondents and the same is pending for consideration.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2022 for removal of his name from the History Sheeted list, in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
