Respondents The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the vehicle could not be located, the Receiver appointed by this Court could not repossess the vehicle. No useful purpose would be served if these applications are allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, these applications are closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner once the vehicle is located.
