The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records in R.C.No.8352/04/E1 dated 03.10.2006 on the file of the third respondent, quash the same and consequently to direct the third respondent to conduct the domestic enquiry against the petitioner after furnishing the documents sought by the petitioner.

2. In view of the order of removal of the petitioner from service passed by the first respondent in proceedings dated 21.04.2014 and also in view of the pending writ petition in W.P.No.14561 of 2014, which was filed by the petitioner, challenging the aforesaid order of removal from service, this writ petition becomes infructuous.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.04.2023 vm Page No.2 of 5
