Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner submitted under Section 82 of the Registration Act, during April, 2015.

O R D E R

The petitioner made a complaint to the 1st respondent stating that respondents 3 and 4, executed a false release deed in favour of the 5th respondent on 18.05.2004, which was also registered as Document No. 4071 of 2004 by the 2nd respondent, in respect of the lands in Survey No. 1471/13A3, belonging to the petitioner, without any semblance of title, with an intention to grab the petitioner's land. On receipt of the said complaint made by the petitioner in the month of April, 2015, the 1st respondent had directed the 2nd respondent to send a detailed report as seen from Letter No. 3892/M1/2015 dated 18.05.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

marking a copy of the said letter to the petitioner. As there is no action forthcoming thereafter, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

As the 1st respondent, who is the competent authority, has already initiated action, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint made by th petitioner,within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the petitioner as well as third parties, if any. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
