Petitioner Vs 1.The District Elementary Educational Officer Coimbatore District, Coimbatore 2.The Assistant Elementary Educational Officer Taluk Office Compound Kumaran Road, Tiruppur 3.The Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer Taluk Office Compound Kumaran Road, Tirupur Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from posting anyone as Middle School Headmaster in Municipal Middle School, K.V.R.Nagar, Tiruppur till the post of Middle school Headmaster is sanctioned by the Government to the said school and the post of Elementary School Headmaster is upgraded as Middle School Headmaster, enabling the petitioner to continue as Elementary School Headmaster in the said School till such time.
