ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking direction against the dismissal of discharge petition by the trial Court.

After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner for quite some time, the learned counsel sought leave of this court to withdraw this petition, after pointing out by this Court that there is no ground to entertain this revision petition.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court granted leave to withdraw the petition. Hence the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
