ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 with Sections 403, 406, 409, 420, 468, 471 and 477A of IPC in Crime No.RCMA12019A0004 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases .

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases has submitted that the petitioner filed a petition and executed a Bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C before the trial court and therefore, no further orders are necessary. Therefore, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
