This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.30214 of 2024, dated 04.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner herein has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.30214 of 2024, dated 04.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
