Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.59900/W6/W19/06 dated 18.09.2006 and the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.9218/C8/C34/06 dated 19.09.2006 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the appointment of the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (English) and grant him all consequential benefits.
