Crl.O.P.No.2852 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.2852 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.1456 of 2022 R. PONGIAPPAN, J This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of the order passed on 25.02.2022.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph Nos.1, 4 and 12, the date of judicial custody was wrongly typed as '24.01.2022' instead of '10.01.2022' Accordingly, the learned counsel seeks clarification on the date in the above said paragraphs of the order, dated 25.02.2022.

3. In view of the said submission, the date '24.01.2022' mentioned in paragraph Nos.1, 4 and 12 of the order dated 25.02.2022, passed in the above Criminal Original Petition shall be replaced with '10.01.2022'.

4. It is made clear that in all other respects, the order dated 25.02.2022, shall remain unaltered.

5. The issue is clarified, accordingly.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue fresh copy of the order, in accordance with law.
