This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.10254 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.19130 of 2020 on 06.10.2021 to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till filing charge sheet, thereafter, before the trial Court on each and every hearing date until further order.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
