2. In fact, a Receiver was appointed by this Court earlier in this application. However, till today, the vehicle could not be repossessed, since the same could not be located. Since this Court is not inclined to entertain an application seeking for appointment of the applicant's own employee as Receiver to repossess the vehicle due to the fact that he is not a neutral person, this application is closed. However liberty is given 1/3

to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle instead of a Receiver, who is an employee of the applicant.
