The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer.

2. It is now informed that by order dated 05.01.2022, the petitioner has been promoted and transferred to Udumalpet as an Executive Engineer. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition.

3. Recording the above statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
