ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application has been filed by the petitioner to implead the Block Development Officer, Vanur Taluk, as respondent No.5 in the writ petition.

2. Shri K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the proposed respondent No.5 and has no objection in allowing the application.

3. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is allowed. The Block Development Officer, Vanur Taluk, is impleaded as respondent No.5 in the writ petition.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause-title.
