The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent herein to consider the seniority of the petitioner and give posting, as Post-Graduate Assistant in English as per the Seniority list on the file of the 2nd respondent.

When the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2008, the petitioner was 51 years old and now, more than 12 years have gone-by and the petitioner would have certainly attained the age of superannuation. English, does arise at all, as, in the opinion of this Court, nothing survives for consideration in this matter.
