O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a relief, which is unsustainable. When the same was pointed out to learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition seeking for appropriate relief. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as such sought for by learned counsel for petitioner. No costs.
