ORDER

The review applicant is the petitioner and respondents are

the respondents in C.R.P.(PD).No.1733 of 2003 which was filed against the order dated 13.12.2002 made in I.A.No.325 of 2002 in I.A.No.213 of 2002 in O.S.No.140 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Namakkal. The I.A.No.325 of 2002 was filed to scrap the report and the rough plan of the 1st Advocate Commissioner filed in I.A.No.213 of 2002. The second Advocate Commissioner was appointed in I.A.No.324 of 2002, who has inspected the property and filed his report along with the rough plan. Thereafter, the respondents filed I.A.No.325 of 2002, upon which the Civil Revision Petition was filed.

2. This Court, considering all the materials on record and judgments relied on by the parties, dismissed the Civil Revision Petition on the ground that the 2nd Advocate Commissioner was appointed at the instance of the Court without setting aside the report and sketch of the First Advocate Commissioner.

3. The present Review Petition is filed to review the order dated 19.03.2005, made in C.R.P.(PD)No.1733 of 2003.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

perused the materials available on record.

5. From the order sought to be reviewed, it is seen that there is no error apparent on the face of the record, warranting reconsideration of the Review Application. In the result, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
