ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent D.R.I., on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., Page No.1 of 4

for the period of four months and he shall also appear before the trial Court on every hearings without fail" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24923 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24923 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and he shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
