This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.451 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report as the case may be within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
