..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing to conduct Online Descriptive Type Examinations as announced by the 1st respondent between 01.02.2022 to 20.02.2022 and or subsequently and consequently direct the 6th to 20th respondents to conduct Compute Based Test (CBT) as conducted by the National Testing Agency for UGC-NET, JEE-Main, CMAT and GMAT and conduct Special Physical exams if the student wishes to improve the grades, near future or during the next semester as per guidelines on Examinations and Academic Calendar for the Universities in view of Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown dated 29.04.2020 of the 3rd respondent.
