2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that she has also no objection for allowing these petitions. 4.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, this Court satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, C.M.P.No.3695 of 2021 in CRP(PD).No.3295 of 2018 is ordered and the delay of 400 days is condoned.
