Crl.M.P.No. 7653 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No. 7653 of 2023 in Crl. O.P.No. 7005 of 2019 SUNDER MOHAN. J, The petition is filed to grant a further period of three months time to file a final report as per the direction of this Court dated 26.09.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.14814 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7005 of 2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this Court had by order dated 26.09.2022 extended time for filing the final report by three months. However, the said time expired on 06.01.2023.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that the final report is ready and has been forwarded to the Government for approval and that the said final report will be filed immediately after the approval.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the time granted by this Court is extended finally for a further period of three months. The petitioner / respondent shall not seek any further extension of time.
