This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in para No.9 (b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28612 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner(s) has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in Crl.O.P.No.28612 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024., is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner(s) shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
