Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent not to accept the proposal of the first respondent bank in connection with the reduction in the existing cadre strength of 1080 and accordingly direct the first respondent bank to fill up the existing vacancies and issue such further or other orders.
