This is a petition seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to come on record to proceed in the above C.R.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for caveator.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise found to be in order, and post the matter for admission on 03.02.2020.

5. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.I.Saliyakhan, learned counsel for caveator in the cause list.
