file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri pursuant to the Judgment and decree dated 07/12/2015 (in CMP.No.13047/2016) pending disposal of the above AS.No.531/2016.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUKUND R.PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.R.JOTHIMANIAN Advocate for 1 to 12 respondents and 13 and 14 respondents not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:-

ORDER

In this petition, the following interim order has been passed on 24.08.2016:

"In these circumstances, interim stay is granted in respect of passing final decree alone. It is made clear that other proceedings may go on. There shall be an order of interim stay in respect of Clause-5 of the decree." Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. 2.Interim order already granted is made absolute and accordingly this petition is ordered.

3.Post the appeal after four weeks.
